How do I clean the separator?
It is recommended to clean the separator of your Rainbow® appliance as often as possible. If you don't know how to start this, you can watch the video. Pay attention! Your Rainbow® SRX separator should always be tightened enough.

How about the warranty?
In this video we will let you know what you have a guarantee for and for how long. Because we know that the Rainbow® is indestructible, you have a 10-year warranty on the motor and electronics of your Rainbow® and 4 years on the accessories. Of course this does not apply to wear and tear of, for example, the hairs on your brush and the HEPA filter.
